รายละเอียดงาน
1. Promoting the design and development of the new project process, and the design of technical information of the output process, such as process design specifications, FMEA, SOP, etc.
2. Leading new products to test production and conductivity, ensuring the smooth progress of product production, and ensuring that process documents are strictly implemented under control conditions
3. Researching, developing, and improving factory production technology, improving the level of factory process, ensuring production under lean conditions, product quality goals and efficiency goals with process
4. Designing the technical requirements of the tooling fixture and tracking production to ensure the smooth progress of product production
5. Analysing abnormalities in the process of manufacturing and giving countermeasures to ensure effective solving problems
6. Participating in the development of production lines and equipment, writing the debugging and layout of the equipment of the production line to ensure the smooth progress of production
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field (Machinery or Automotive are preferred)
- More than three years of process experience in transmission, electric drive, etc.
- Understand the five major manuals and TS, lean production, can prepare process files
- Be able to use 2D/3D software such as CAD and UG
- Be able to solve the ability, improve production capacity, and continuous improvement of on-site process problems
- Good command in English
