The Investment Operations Officer role has two sub-positions to apply for, including: Capital Market Operation Team - Record and settle daily investment transactions into Hiport system i.e. fixed income, equites, unit trusts, derivatives, structured products, offshore investments managed through private funds and internal fund managers. - Manage the mark-to-market process and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy. - Reconcile daily and monthly reports received from asset management companies and custodians. - Send data to Oracle ERP for monthly financial statements closure. - Prepare and consolidate reports for the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) and Bank of Thailand (BOT). Investment Operation for Investment-Linked Product Team - Record and settle daily transactions for unit-linked product portfolio into Hiport and FundConnext systems. - Record and settle daily transactions of various investments for investment-linked product portfolio into Hiport system i.e. fixed income, equites, unit trusts, derivatives, offshore investments managed through private funds and internal fund managers. - Calculate and reconcile daily NAV for unit-linked product portfolio uploaded into Integral Life system. - Manage the mark-to-market process and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy. - Reconcile daily and monthly reports received from asset management companies and custodians. - Send data to Oracle ERP for monthly financial statements closure. - Prepare and consolidate reports for the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bank of Thailand (BOT).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, and Banking or related fields
Minimum 1-year experience in fund accounting from an asset management company
Proficient in the Hiport software system
Holding an Investment Planner Certificate is an advantage
Proficient in English including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Computer-literate in software programs especially Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal relations
Good Command in English
*Experienced as Fund operation (including NAV calculation) from asset management companies will receive special consideration*
*Experienced as Custodian of banking & financial businesses will receive special consideration*
*Experienced as Investment Operations Department from institutional investors, life insurance companies and non-life insurance will receive special consideration*
*Experienced as Securities Operations Department from securities companies (stock brokerage) will receive special consideration*
