Job Description
1. Develop customers and dig deeper to build and maintain good customer relationships.
2. Diagnose customer needs and pain points, determine customer strategies and approaches, coordinate company resources, provide solutions to customers and address customer pain points.
3. Do close cooperation with enterprise business, commodities, operations, etc., jointly responsible for the coordination of customers' online purchases, refunds, after-sales service, etc. to improve customer satisfaction and stickiness.
