รายละเอียดงาน
1.Arrange training needs survey for training plan establishment. 2.Coordinate with relevant to arrange training both In-House Training and External Training for accordance with the training plan. 3.Arrange follow-up and summary monthly report for training. 4.Coordinate with each section for OJT training. 5.Record and storage training document for In-House training, External Training, Orientation and OJT. 6.Arrange quality awareness survey. 7.Performing other assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Education Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences or related filed.
  2. Experience Minimum 2-5 years in Training systems.
  3. Female/Male, not over 30 years old.
  4. Knowledge of Skill Development Promotion Act. B.E 2545.
  5. Requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software.
  7. Good command of read and written in English.
  8. Understanding of training systems.
  9. Good communication and presentation skills.
