รายละเอียดงาน
Manage work
- Ensure working standards are respected during the operations (Safety, work instructions, quality, and respect of the product).
- Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings with team.
- Good manage work with supplier to completed work on schedule.
- Perform OJT of teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.
- Assign and control working of team.
Maintenance work
- Leading of mechanical maintenance system and utility system control (Pump, Agitator, Boiler, Thermal oil, Chiller, Air compressors, Pipe ETC.)
- Leading of mechanical to co-ordinate with production for maintenance, improvement, autonomous maintenance and PM.
- Ability to clearly defined team roles and problem-solving strategies, such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Cause Effect Analysis, etc.
- Check corrective actions on recurring problems.
- Prepare schedule preventive or periodical maintenance plan and improve.
- Manage individual material of equipment and machine for maintenance include rotating (Pump and agitator equipment in blending process.
- Facility / utility installation and maintenance.
- Prepare and study new technology for maintenance machine and equipment.
- Maintaining an updated mechanical documentation in the area (AutoCAD plans, mechanical drawings, etc.)
- Manage cost in maintenance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male
- Age not over 35
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Confinspec training
- Bolier training
- Over 3 years working with reparing and inspection mechanical and utility experience (Pump, Agitator, Boiler, Thermal oil, Chiller, Air compressors, Pipe ETC)
- Working in confined space area
- Utility controller license (Boiler and LPG)
- Use AutoCad 2 D, PowerApp
- Good command of english both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of operational and technical of mechanical details of pump and agitator
- Strong technical in Lean, TPM or Excellent Manufacturing Model
- Languages English
