XENOptics, a leader in robotic automation, is hiring an R&D Technician to assemble, install, calibrate, and fine-tune machinery. Collaborate with engineering teams, analyze malfunctions, propose process enhancements, and monitor equipment performance while ensuring safety compliance. Contribute to sourcing and procurement of spare parts and necessary equipment.

Responsibilities:
Assemble and install new machinery and mechanical components according to technical manuals and engineering specifications.
Calibrate and fine-tune machinery settings to meet specified requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, offering technical support, analyzing malfunctions, and proposing suggestions for process enhancements, including part modifications, design adjustments, and testing.
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with industry regulations.
Contribute to the sourcing and procurement of spare parts and necessary equipment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician with hands-on expertise in mechanical systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools, equipment, and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Skills in basic mechanical tasks such as cutting, drilling, screwing, and simple tooling.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or robotics industry.
- Competence in using diagnostic and testing equipment for mechanical systems.
- Proficient understanding of Machines and Tools, including relevant mathematical principles.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Proficiency in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software
- Experience in machine/tooling assembly and modification.
