XENOptics, a robotic automation leader, seeks a Quality Manager to establish and enhance a robust quality control system, manage ISO systems, optimize material inspections, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with suppliers, implement quality management systems, and lead audits.
Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of a robust quality control system to address various quality issues.
Enhance the reliability and overall quality of our products.
Oversee the use of ISO systems and manage the quality of materials from suppliers.
Strengthen control measures for incoming materials, ensuring the high-quality standards are met.
Proactively plan and optimize incoming material inspections for a comprehensive quality assessment.
Summarize and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Engage the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with suppliers, providing constructive feedback and working together to enhance material quality.
Implement the quality management system and organize training programs.
Create practical goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligning with the company's objectives.
Lead internal and external audits to ensure effective quality management.
Plan product inspection with the engineering team and verify functionality.
Collaborate with engineering team, customer service, and production team to solve quality issues.
Maintain a document management system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, demonstrating a strong track record.
- Preferably, experience in the Part assembly industry or Robotics industry, understanding its specific quality challenges.
- Self-motivated, capable of handling pressure, and skilled in systematic problem solving.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry advancements.
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English for effective teamwork.
