We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Leader and Shift Manager to oversee operations in one of the manufacturing plants, located in Chonburi and Pakchong. This role need to managing both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead production teams during both day and night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and timely production. - Manage and guide production staff, ensuring they meet operational goals and maintain high performance levels. - Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. - Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production efficiency. - Ensure all operations comply with company safety protocols and regulatory standards. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and improve workflow. - Address and resolve any production challenges that may arise during shifts, ensuring minimal downtime. - Regularly report on production performance and any issues encountered, providing solutions to enhance operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven experience in a production leadership role or related, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Ability to work rotating shifts (day and night) as required.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good command of English (effective communication with cross-functional teams and reporting)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering only
