- Assist the department to publish job information, search for suitable resumes and send them to the hiring department. - Assist the department to participate in on-site recruitment and onboarding activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related majors
- Understand the relevant national labor laws and regulations and the company's human resources management policies on recruitment
- Understand the company's employment policies and employment standards
- Understand basic interview assessment methods and techniques, and obtain interview
- Be able to listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese
