The Sales Manager will contact different dispensaries in Thailand to upsell cannabis and Mascotte products. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently, is self-driven, and the team sales to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, knowledge of the cannabis industry, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets for products, forecast sales, and lead the team to achieve the set targets.
- Develop sales strategies and solve problems to successfully close sales.
- Maintain sales, expand sales of yourself and the team you are responsible for, and supervise to achieve goals.
- Monitor and prepare sales data reports and report to executives in weekly meetings, including problems to make improvements.
- Analyze and process the sales team's various operations to plan and follow up on results in a timely manner. Analyze sales, monthly, and annual profits to adjust sales strategies and present goals for the following year to executives.
- Create sales promotion and marketing strategies for the responsible team and the company.
- Manage expenses/costs in business development operations.
- Build a strong sales team and create a good, efficient, measurable sales process system.
- Provide guidance and advice on solving various problems related to sales. Including decisions that affect sales
