รายละเอียดงาน
1、會計和財務工作Accounting and finance work
- Take care of managing both the accounting and financial aspects of the company as a whole system.
- Check and document all types of expenses.
- Plan and prepare financial budgets Including checking the accuracy and analyzing various impacts.
- Prepare a balance sheet, income statement, summary of production costs.
- Analyze budgets, supervise the preparation of cash projections.
- Manage the receipt of payments, prepare related financial reports.
- Manage account closing Close monthly/annual financial statements
2、稅務工作 Tax work
- Check various documents Report on purchase tax and sales tax, Por.Por.30, P.N.D.3, 53, P.N.D.1.
- Record important or difficult accounts.
- Tax planning, control planning and auditing of financial statements
3、对账管理 Account reconciliation management
- Responsible for reconciling the purchased materials under their respective responsibilities.
Reviewing the accuracy of the settlement price on the supply invoice, conducting procurement.
Requests after reconciling, and tracking the completion of payments.
4、團隊管理工作及其他Team management work and others
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of accounting and finance staff.
- Solve problems and give advice to subordinates.
- Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- + 3 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and execute operational plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- 360 degrees communication / co-ordination.
- Result and execution oriented.
- Open-minded.
- Ambitious with a strong drive.
- Extensive usage of office software.
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
- Other language skills (spoken) will be a plus.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Thorough knowledge of how to assess, screen and select suppliers, including extensive usage of TCO.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value for the organization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
- Expert in conducting spend & demand analysis.
- Analytical drive and ability to independently perform market and industry analysis.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships.
