• Monitoring and control warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Such as developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping. • Develop a distribution action plan in assigned area that will allow the company to keep its competitive edge through distribution and logical excellence. • Develop and challenge resources to improve exiting performance through system utilization &process improvements in assigned area. • Improve distribution operational efficiency by applying know-how of specific professional discipline and broad management knowledge. • Controlling warehouse planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment. • Implement warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, managing space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes. • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations. • Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions. • Lead warehouse operation team on smooth operation. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None • Mandarin : Conversational Workplace Area: Nongyaibu (หนองยายบู่) Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon – Fri, Sat: Every another Saturday)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 27-40 years
  2. Male / Female
  3. Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistic engineering or related filed
  4. At least 5 years of work experience as Warehouse staff in any manufacturing company.
  5. 3 years management experience to control subordinated.
  6. Advance conversational high level of Chinese. (Read, Write, Speak)
  7. Advance conversation middle level of English.
  8. Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and ability to hold people accountable.
  9. Can join Immediate
  10. Chinese Certificate (HSK 5 up) is preferable.
  11. Experience in warehouse for solar power industry is preferable.
