-The main responsibility of Revenue and Reservation Supervisor is to maximize the yield of the resort by directing, controlling and co-coordinating all reservation activities and to help customers with planning and booking reservations for accommodation and then send booking confirmation to guests after processing payments and to deliver hotel target revenue. -Revenue and Reservation Supervisor is to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to deliver excellent service and meet the guest satisfaction standard. He or she should reflect the quality of the resort to our possible guest and must be a very strong in communication skill. A positive attitude, knowledge of the resort and attention to details are require to this position. -Provide personal service in all reservation channels. -Understand hotel product knowledge and all current & update resort’s activities, promotions and announcement and be able to introduce, persuade and promote all information well. -Anticipate customer needs and quick response at all times. -Possess a good working knowledge as of Revenue and Reservation Supervisor -Extends fully cooperation within and between other departments. -Follows Reservation systems and procedures and company standards and policies with excellence performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree.
One- or two-years’ experience which is related to the position of international brand hotels.
Good command of MS Office applications, Online application and PMS (preferably Opera and SiteMinder)
Good command of English.
Good problem-solving skill.
Flexible, high commitment and hard working.
