-Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines, and provide support as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
-Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for project stakeholders, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed and conflicts are minimized.
-Facilitate communication among project team members both externally and internally through scheduled meetings, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and progress.
-Plan and prioritize own work and team's work systematically. Skilled in using project management tools and well-familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
-Establish the project management documents, input relevant data, monitor issues and changes, generate status reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT system development for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, etc., and knowledge of the characteristics and market requirements of the Thai automotive marketing sector will be preferred.
- Ability to speak Chinese is a must.
- More than 5 years of experience in IT industry.
- More than 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Experience in overseeing complex software projects with open-sources environments.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably those tailored for automotive or manufacturing industries.
