รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible:
1. To support sourcing all supplier, goods and services to be in line with the production process and project.
2. Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
3. Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
4. Negotiating price, minimum quantity, payment term, incoterms, delivery schedules, and warranty with suppliers.
5. Analysis offer price from BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and negotiating.
6. Monitors and evaluates shipping reports to effectively schedule and plan freight for outgoing finished goods and goods receiving.
7. Examine shipping costs and negotiate with carriers to reduce shipping expenses through carrier contracts.
8. Manages finished goods shipment processes, including packaging, outsourcing, loading, and document generation and approval.
9. Prepares shipping documents for domestic and international shipments that rely on Free Zone regulations.
10. Use a SAP system to enter material storage and transfer information.
11. Monitors process methods for manufacturing & logistic transportation.
12. Dealing and creating a good relationship with the Thai Customs.
13. Prepare, track, and check the logistic process for import/export must follow the Thai customes and Free zone regulations.
14. Prepare the documents and report that aligns with the free zone document requirement.
15. Coordinate with related departments, and support the team to achieve the company’s objectives related to product quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree; Logistic , or other related.
- t least 3 years of Sourcing / Supply Chain Management working experience.
- Well-knowledge logistics in the Free Zone area.
- Strong in the logistics process in import and export.
- Good in English (verbal, report, listening and email), if Good in Chinese Language will be good.
- Hands-on, ability to work alone but good coordination skills with other colleagues to achieve the team’s goal.
- SAP / Microsoft
