รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities
• Main contact window for all requirements of existing and new models
• Conduct new model trail run and readiness follow up
• Internal system/Lens assembly set up for new model
• Build plan progress follow up and open issue finding
• Work across the full product development cycle, from concept inception to shipping product
• Attend customer regular meeting and follow up customer requirement
• Maintain the project status, timeline, budget, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (ECN) administration; prepare WI, Control Plan, PFMEA etc.
• Prepare quotation during RFQ stage
• Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure the design of the manufacturing facilities for pilot production; layout and equipment, tools, materials etc. are in place
• New products transfer from R&D to PE Team
• International travel required from time to time, depending on project scope. (USA, China, and Europe)
• Other jobs assignment from NPI Supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Physic, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer (NPI is preferred)
- Involve or in-charge in the assembly work process
- Knowledge and application of GD&T techniques and associated metrology approaches
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques (Machining, 3D printing, injection molding, etc.)
- Knowledge of 3D design modeling (SolidWorks), 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and physical prototyping
- Strong customer service and documentation tasks
- Good communication skills in English
