- Manage the company’s operations in line with objectives, policies, regulations, and decisions of the Board of Directors and/or shareholders.
- Ensure effective implementation of approved policies, work plans, and budgets.
- Prepare and submit business policies, plans, and budgets for Board approval and provide monthly progress reports.
- Oversee and sign legal documents and contracts to facilitate efficient company operations.
- Supervise employees, including appointments, promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.
- Delegate authority within the scope of the company’s regulations and Board directives.
- Lead by example and uphold the company's business ethics and code of conduct.
- Take responsibility for the company’s success, ensuring employee stability and sustainable profitability.
- Participate in training programs as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 10 years of management experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical thinking with a systematic approach to work.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
- Proven ability to monitor competitor activities and develop effective competitive strategies.
- Commitment to safeguarding the company’s interests and enhancing its corporate image.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
