Job Description:
1. Review and process accounts receivable, payable, and administrative payments.
2. Issue VAT invoices as required and organize purchase and sales invoices.
3. Verify and reconcile receipts, and notify operations via email of confirmed payments.
4. Prepare cash receipts and disbursement vouchers, issue checks, and handle cash withdrawals and other bank-related matters.
5. Compile daily and weekly cash reports, and organize accounting materials required at month-end.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in economics/accounting. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and have a basic understanding of taxation.
- Language skills: English required for daily communication, Mandarin a plus.
- Honest, proactive, excellent coordination skills, sense of responsibility, and independence.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Ms Office).
- Experience in an international freight forwarding company is preferred.
