- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our packaging solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or printing industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong understanding of the packaging industry, including market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive Working
- Good communication in English
- Not job hopping
