รายละเอียดงาน•Timely and accurately process sales orders received including daily monitoring orders through EDI and loading manual orders.
•Coordinate with planner, scheduler and shipping section for order handling.
•Timely interact with internal and external customers related to order confirmation, materials shortage and shipping/delivery schedule.
•Comply with customer’s specification and ensure flow down to related department.
•Resolve customer issues with orders, product information, shipment, document and others related questions.
•Maintain related sale orders files and documents within determined parameters.
•Attend and represent the department at inter-departmental meetings, as required.
