รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish and improve the supplier resource pool of fixed assets, computers, office appliances, etc. of functional departments, formulate supplier cooperation strategies, ensure competition, quality and quantity supply, and effective cost control
2. Understand the industry dynamics and product development trends of fixed assets, computers, office appliances and other functional departments, formulate verified procurement strategies to ensure sufficient competition and effective cost control
3. Responsible for the resource development of fixed assets, computers, office appliances, etc., implement the company's procurement plan and policy, and ensure the project progress and price reasonableness
4. Responsible for the follow-up of the procurement contracts of fixed assets, computers, office appliances, etc. of functional departments, deal with abnormal problems in a timely manner, and ensure timely delivery
5. Responsible for the quality supervision and inspection of the supplier, timely feedback on abnormal problems and follow-up rectification to ensure the smooth development of the business
6. Assist in business ability training and work guidance for purchasers to improve the overall business ability of the department
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above; Science and Engineering/Mechanical engineering or related majors are preferred
- At lease 1-3 years of relevant working experience in procurement
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship handling skills
- Good command of Chinese and English (Be able to used as the working language, and long-term assignments)
