1.1Assist company administration functions and day to day operations.
1.2Assist setting up working environment including arrangement of office furniture, computer, telecommunication including company mobile, internet, and multifunction machine.
1.3Make hotel and restaurant bookings and other related tasks for Tokyu Group visitors.
1.4Visit bank, Department of Business Development, Revenue Department, Social corporate or any other office for submitting documents and creating payment.
1.5Cooperate and assist Real Estate Officer's duties i.e. a preparation of the payments for the JV projects.
1.6Assist updating company registered information if any.
1.7Assist exchanging contracts or purchase request and orders with suppliers related to the operation of the Company.
1.8To follow Company’s Work order rule to obtain internal approval in advance to exchange any contract and to make any purchase.
1.9To assist translate meeting minutes of Board of Directors (BOD) meeting, Annual General Meeting (AGM) or any other extra meetings for the decision making of the Company.
1.10Any other matters incidental or related to the above.
2.Accounting and Financial services
2.1Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers and accounting related documents.
2.2Coordinate with the accounting firm to share accounting and finance information of the Company.
2.3Apply and control correct VAT, Withholding tax and Social Security applications with the support of accounting firm.
2.4Assist preparation on monthly cash plan of the Company.
2.5Any other matters incidental or related to the above.
