Job Purpose
Looking for a passionate individual Health & Beauty product development. Finding in new product, new brand, new trend especially for cosmetics area, thriving in dynamic retail environments, and eager to contribute to a multinational retail company.
Key Responsibilities
1. New products & correspondence
• Sourcing new product, new brand, new trend.
• Strengthen products collaborate with brands for increase sales & build differentiation
• Think Customers promotion both fixes pain points & serve customer needs i.e., makeup trend, Tailor-made campaign & newness
• Enhance Shopping Experience i.e., beauty advisors, In-store activities, variety of brand & new category
• Utilize space such as mixed brand units, beauty device zone for maximize sales
• Ensure OSA, Demand Forecast and accelerate the product into the market
2. Others
• On request for advertising declaration with related government.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & internal stakeholders across various departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business management or a related field.
- 8+ years experiences in Health & Beauty, FMCG, Modern trade, Direct experience in cosmetics product for Retailer (H&B category) will be advantage.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative and innovative mindset with immersive “Sense of Beauty”.
- Circumspect, detail work & comply with regulation, policy, control & process.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Proficiently in English communication
