รายละเอียดงาน1. Perform sourcing process under SG’s guideline for assigned category including prepare and review drafted contract for products & service contractual sign off
2. Accountable for cost reduction delivery for assigned category
3. Prepare report for PR/PO, cost saving, price movement and other as assigned by purchasing category lead
4. Actively monitor and follow up PO outstanding and clean up on the timely manner
5. Ensure that all suppliers comply with SG Supplier charter and TGP code of business conduct.
6. Collaborate with other departments and all concern parties to evaluate supplier performance including investigating and solving issue (if any)
7. Support administration work for Purchasing department
8. Coordinate audit activity based on Group Responsible Purchasing’s requirement
9. Keep purchasing category lead or management informed for all current or potential problems for risks management
10. Ensure SMAT and company Safety policy / procedure are fully aware and implemented
11. Other duty as assigned by hiring manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor Degree or above (in Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics)
- 1 – 3 years of experiences in Purchasing and/or Logistics.
- Good English both speaking and writing, Chinese/French is a plus.
