-Oversee and manage the operational aspects of all Taco Bell locations in Thailand.
-Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
-Led, mentored, and developed the operational team to ensure high-performance standards.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and initiatives.
-Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the quick-service restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
- Fluency in English and Thai is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
