Job Description:
The Financial Controller at Taco Bell Thailand will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, managing financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
-Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
-Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
-Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
-Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights to support business decisions.
Financial Controls:
-Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
-Oversee external audits and coordinate with auditors as necessary.
Team Management:
-Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in Thailand.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
