รายละเอียดงานSupport and advise on the service and sales of sales channels (AIS Shop by partner, Telewiz Shop and AIS Buddy Exclusive Franchise) to achieve the company's KPIs and achieve AIS standards.
- Monitor/coach/control day-to-day operation of shop's staff to serve all segment customer in payment, customer care & solution in order to AWT/AHT by analyzing & increasing productivity of staff, analyze customer profile/customer insight/lifestyle/usage pattern and serve/record of activity base on Total Service Solution to increase CE11, and CSI.
- Monitor/coach/control day-to-day operation of staff to acquire new postpaid sub., sell VAS & Devices by consultancy, and selling/cross&up sales other strategic corporate’s product & service to achieve target.
- Monitor/coach/control day-to-day operation of staff to enhance service quality at shop e.g. place (clean & comfortable), process (standard service protocol, stock management, financial & risk management) to step up beyond competitor.
- Coach/Mentor to competency development of shop's staff in product & service knowledge for passing competency test & serving customer like a professional.
- Act as a role model & build corporate culture @shop by creating activity which link to staff's daily job.
- Create & co-operate activity in order to major events for building positive customer experience at shop e.g important day (children/mother/father day), etc.
