Responsibilities: • Set up the yearly goal, budget, and KPIs for the team to strictly follow • Overlook and execute contracts for the company • Managing, prioritizing, and tracking the progress of all key projects and troubleshoot when necessary • Rebuild and strengthen the company and center identity and branding • Monthly report and present to the executives on tenant’s sales health, company’s performance, and monthly goals • Optimize and deliver day-to-day “operational excellence” according to established metrics and standards • Ensure optimal performance and full compliance with health safety, labor, and environmental regulations • Coordinate and assist in facilitating new store and remodel projects with the Leasing Tenant Coordination team • Responsible for local procurement and contract negotiation/management • Manage the company policies and procedures as related to front-of-house and back-of-house operations. • Contribute and collaborate with the Operating Management team to develop a 5-Year Business Plan strategy • Execute the Action Plan as defined in the 5-Year Business Plan. • Develop long-term growth strategies for new and existing markets by driving and executing cost-effective, realistic, and functional tactics. • Actively engages in business prospecting opportunities driving additional management income opportunities. • Become the voice of the shoppers and tenants. • Deliver the insights and trends related to the trade area, including other complementary and competitive influences that potentially have future strategic consideration for the center’s vision. • Manage and coordinate tenant services to ensure smooth and efficient operations, stay on schedule and according to the approved plans, and allow the rent commencement dates to expedite.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
At least 8 years of working experience in real estate field.
3-5 years of property management experience is a BIG PLUS
Some experience in leasing is a plus
Good command of English.
Strong cross-functional team working
Ability to comprehend all aspect of financial modeling
Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, ability to work independently
Experience analyzing competitive market information and establishing performance benchmarks
Great understanding of Thailand’s accounting system and regulations
Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks
Must have a true entrepreneurial spirit and desire to excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and property management software is a plus
