Training control jobs
1) Control and monitor all training activity in order to make sure that all necessity training which were specified in job training for Magnet factory are performed follow the target.
2) Manage training for human resource development with in-house training and public training in the job of surveying, proposal issuing, training report, information and coordination.
3) Design and issue training material with creation for effective in training course assessment, trainee's satisfaction and working improvement.
4) Control and continually improve qualification system.
5) Handle Job Training Need Identification and Job training in each Department.
6) Be trainer in special training course as assigned.
7) Provide quality information and communicate to all concerned.
8) Control of trainers in order to make sure that training plan and effectiveness shall be met.
9) Training system continual improvement.
10) Support all activities of Quality system, Environmental system, Occupational Health & Safety system , RBA system and 5S activity.
Quality system jobs
1.) Handling of 5S audit of Division and coordination for take improvement.
2.) Coordinate with all departments for Quality management system (QMS) implementation and take improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Has experience in training and trainer jobs 1 - 3 years.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016
- Knowledge of VDO editing program and MS Office program
- Knowledge of applicable platform for training material preparation and storage.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
- Creative thinking will be advantage.
- Systematic thinking will be advantage.
