2.Organize and implement employee training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional quality. 3.Responsible for payroll calculation, distribution, and the formulation and management of compensation and benefits systems.
4.Maintain and coordinate relationships between the company and other suppliers, government departments, and related institutions.
5.Assist in handling work visas and related procedures for employees.
6.Handle employee relations issues, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and maintaining employee relations.
7.Ensure the implementation of company HR policies, labor laws, and internal regulations.
