1.Responsible for employee recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and offer notification. 2.Organize and implement employee training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional quality. 3.Responsible for payroll calculation, distribution, and the formulation and management of compensation and benefits systems. 4.Maintain and coordinate relationships between the company and other suppliers, government departments, and related institutions. 5.Assist in handling work visas and related procedures for employees. 6.Handle employee relations issues, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and maintaining employee relations. 7.Ensure the implementation of company HR policies, labor laws, and internal regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Familiar with the operation and management of various HR modules (recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, etc.).
Familiar with Thai labor laws and related regulations, with good policy implementation ability.
Strong organizational and planning skills, able to independently complete various HR tasks.
At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in Chinese or foreign companies.
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
HSK Level 5 or above, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Male or female 25-37 years of age
