Job Description:
1.StrategicPlanning and Execution:
*Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies alignedwith the company’sbusiness goals.
*Lead marketresearch and analysisto identify trends,opportunities, and competitive landscape.
*Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaignsacross various channels(digital, print, events, etc.).
2.Brand Management:
*Enhance brand awareness and ensure brand consistency acrossall marketing materials and channels.
*Develop and manage contentstrategy including creation, curation, and distribution.
3.Digital Marketing:
*Oversee the company’s digitalmarketing efforts includingSEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
*Utilize analytics and performance data to optimizecampaigns and improveROI.
4.Team Leadership and Collaboration:
*Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and professional development.
*Collaborate with sales, productdevelopment, and other departments to ensure cohesiveand effective marketing efforts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 7-10 years of experience (marketing, with a proventrack record of success in a seniorrole)
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing softwareand tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Network(FB, TIKTOK and others), SEO and etc.).
- Analytical mindsetwith the abilityto interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinkingand problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
