To responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing daily tasks in line with the production schedule.
To manage the production team scheduling and day-to-day production activities.
Controlling employees to work according to the company's working time and maintain production targets.
Managing and maintaining productivity to meet daily targets.
Managing employee leave requests and OT support to minimize effects in relation to the production plan.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Production as Supervisor level.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management.
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Have your own car can travel to work by yourself.
- Able to work on night shift.
- Working day Monday - Saturday.
