รายละเอียดงาน
- Play, observe, study, enjoy contents on different social media platforms.
- Analyze contents and make a good “guesstimate” of why a good content is good and why a great content is great.
- Analyze and understand a celebrity’s persona and know why their fans love them.
- Analyze different fan bases of each celebrity and be able to define them into different groups and segments.
- Write and create contents for different social media posts to communicate the post to the target audience that is fun and interesting the target audience.
- Work with artist management teams to understand the needs of each artist/celebrity and come up with creative strategies and ideas to express the key interesting moments to their fans (both professional and candid).
- Help produce and edit video content to align with the brand's objectives and resonate with the intended group of audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to plan and execute content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure content is innovative and effective.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring they are archived properly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Able to write interesting content VERY well for social media posts.
- Able to express ideas and concepts into bullet points format on paper.
- Understand how social media platforms (Tiktok, IG, FB, YT, etc) work and what type of content would fit into each different platform.
- Like to play social and love following the current up-and-coming trends both online and offline.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
- Excellent storytelling skills and creative vision.
- Ability to meet deadlines, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Advertising or other relevant fields.
- Multi-tasking, high accountability and ownership, can work independently, adaptive to change and good problem-solving skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a startup company.
