Job Summary:
1.To ensure purchasing process will perform in accordance with established procedures and requirement
2.To ensure all purchasing requisitions will be delivered on plant with appropriated lead time
3.To develop purchasing agreement and associated contact with the optimum benefic
Job Responsibility:
1.Establishes systems related activities or procedures to achieve the completion of purchasing
2.Process the purchasing according to requestor
3.Negotiate the price, delivery term, payment term and other concerned condition
4.To monitor and support our task forces allowing activities carried out smooth operation
5.Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with suppliers and requestor for delivery
6.Record and evaluate the purchasing transaction
7.Search for alternative sources of raw materials or any products/services related to company business
8.Other job-related function as assigned by Supervisor.
9.Follow ISO and safety practice guidelines.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- Experience in Oversea and Domestic purchasing
- At least 2 years experience in oversea and domestic purchasing
- Capable of working independently and teamwork under work pressure environment with & without supervising. Internal/external communicating, calculating and documenting
- Computer literates in general office computer program such as Microsoft Office.
- Capable in communicating in English
- Pleasant personality, having negotiation skill, self-confident and self-disciplined
