1.Co-Develop new business together with Sales Direc tor 2.Communicate and coordinate to internal and extern al. 3.Receive customer’s order and input data into excel sheet for production proceed. 4.Monitor and follow up order in order to do on time d elivery. 5.Confirm delivery to document team to do Invoice & Packing List and do transportation process with freig ht service provider company. 6.Input sale data into ERP system for Accounting Dep artment for next step of their billing process. 7.Being as a good host to welcome, greet and entert ain customers on their visiting company. 8.Assist any job assigned by manager.

Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
Positive working/Can-do attitude
Able to use Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot table
Own car with driving license
