1.Investigate and provide recommendations to team for improve service quality and proper actions to achieve target.
2.Coaching and coordinates activities of team engaged in service activities.
3.Effective coordinate with related department to ensure proper processing to support customers requirement.
4.To monitor team’s productivity Indicators.
5.To generate and update tracking daily report.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing outbound called or telemarketing.
Strong working knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies/ practices and sales background is benefits.
Strong leadership skills, coaching and ability to solve problems.
Effective communication skills, Experience negotiating and managing contract negotiations.
