Corporate Marketing Strategy Develop comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing communication, public relations, Local Marketing (LM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Lead the analysis and management of market data and sales activities, ensuring alignment with target groups and project objectives. Strategically plan and analyze market research data, consumer trends, and real estate-related insights. Formulate innovative marketing strategies, target specific audience segments, and introduce exciting project concepts and product ideas as part of our Product Mix. Adapt marketing strategies to remain competitive, create impactful sales promotion initiatives, and collaborate on annual marketing plans that align with our overarching strategy. E-Marketing & Public Relations Strategically plan and manage communication initiatives through both online and offline channels, maximizing efficiency within budget constraints. Define objectives for E-marketing, budgeting, action plans, and sales promotion strategies. Analyze, summarize, and evaluate advertising and public relations campaigns related to E-marketing. Customer Relationship Management Develop and manage CRM strategies that build enduring customer relationships and loyalty programs. Oversee and optimize the CRM database system, ensuring it aligns with the needs of our target audience.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, or an MBA.
Experience at least 5 years within marketing function.
Experience in the field of real estate industry would be an advantage.
Experience in team management and possess strong leadership qualities.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for business operations.
