•Drive/coordinate value stream team for the BPS relevance topics in responsible value stream such as drive the System CIP project & Point CIP, DLR, update and evaluate the My Measure •As BPS expert/specialist role to drive/support/provide the expert view for implement the BPS methods in responsible value stream (such as Kanaban system, Pull & Leveling system, Supermarket concept, ProCon, and other BPS tools) •Deploy the BPS strategy, roll out plan, new requirements for HmjP plant (e.g. BPS GO!, BPS assessment) and exchange information to PS/BPS •Be a BPS trainer or coach to develop BPS knowledge and ensure the employee's competence fulfill the BPS qualifications •Plan/Lead/Execute the BPS Cross/Plant assessment to evaluate the BPS maturity level in HmjP •Plan, organize and moderate the BPS Sytem CIP workshop accoring to annual plan and ensure the System CIP projects and PDCA are follow up regularly •Coaches Production Managers and VS leaders to apply BPS system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor or Master in Engineering or relevant fields.
  2. Proficiently in English communication and presentation
  3. Experienaced in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, A3 approach logic, experience in TPS will be advantages
  4. Have knowledge of Value Stream Map/Design (VSM/VSD), manufacturing and logistics profcess flow
  5. Able to moderate/coordinate the continuous improvement activity,able to influence value stream team to filfill BPS requirements
  6. Strong leadership, proactive, initiative, able to work independently, logical thinking, entrepreneur and growth mindsets
