YOUR DUTIES AT THE POSITION OF A INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER INCLUDE:
- Create a detailed design project including drawings, instructions, and implementation comments
- Prepare specifications for all finishing materials, furniture, appliances, and decorative elements, with references and prices
- Be responsible for the organization and execution of the design project
- Interact with suppliers and organize the purchase and delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site according to the delivery plan
- Develop a realization plan for the design project in coordination with our company team and contractors
- Assign tasks to responsible workers, explain project details, ensure the team understands what to do, how to do it, and in what sequence; check intermediate stages and approve the work results
- Regularly monitor work progress on-site, plan the sequence and supply of work
- Equip completed villas with appliances and furniture according to the project; organize and supervise delivery, assembly, and installation on-site
- Organize the final furnishing with kitchenware, textiles, and decor

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- You love modern architecture and minimalist design
- You know and use English and Thai languages at a good level
- Have experience in design, availability of portfolio of realized works
- Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Microsoft Office
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and the skill to finish a job quickly
- You are able to find a common language with any person and build working relationships with contractors and other employees to effectively perform job
