Support BJC glass sustainability roadmap and programs to enhance stakeholders’ perception on BJC Glass Packaging as a leading sustainable and innovative packaging business. Job accountability - Collaborate with internal departments and corporate sustainability team to prepare and consolidate up-to-date data and information for sustainability management in all three pillars; Economic, Social and Environment according to business sustainability roadmap. - Monitoring, tracking, evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of sustainability programs, recommending changes to close strategic gaps using proper indices, tools and methodology. - Deep drive into the detail on sustainability related schemes and latest topics such as Circular Economy, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), Green Productivity etc. - Provide selected and approved data and information support to stakeholders’ sustainability matters. - Update necessary and relevant laws and regulations in collaboration with other departments. - Support and promote sustainability culture, initiatives and activities in the business.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

วุฒิป.ตรี หรือโท สาขา Sustainability management, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
2-5 Years Experience in Sustainability management in the manufacturing industry, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), the Carbon footprint of the organization (scope 1,2,3) and products.
Analytical skills: go through documents, evaluate the performance of various initiatives, and conduct research on changes to environmental regulatory procedures. They need strong analytical skills to identify relevant data.
Communication skills: written and verbal.
Leadership skills: Pushing for change is often difficult. In some cases, an organization and its staff resist change. Strong leadership skills help sustainability specialists ensure that changes happen.
Problem-solving skills: Sustainability specialists must understand how to identify and remedy problems by finding creative solutions. They also need to develop strategies designed to forward a company’s sustainability initiatives
Public communication, interpersonal and Cross/functional teamwork skills.
Thai/English writing and communicative language skill and word processing software/mobile applications.
