Position: Road Logistics Customs Care Specialist.
Work hours: Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP.
Benefit: SSO, IPD&OPD, Dental, Annual Leave.
Location: New Petchburi Road, Bangkapi, Huay Kwang,
Bangkok. (MRT Petchburi, BTS Prompong, BTS
Asok)
Job description
• Drafting import shipping documents.
• Coordinating and preparing data for the Netbay system.
• Printing and delivering delivery notes to customers.
• Accurately recording inbound shipment data.
• Preparing import documents such as bills of lading and customs clearance documents.
• Coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal personnel.
• Verifying the accuracy of documents such as bills of lading, FTA forms, and customs clearance documents.
• Knowledge of logistics documents such as B/L, D/O, etc.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
- 2 years' experience working and prepare in draft entry for Sea Import only.
- Experience using Netbay program.
- English in writing skills.
- Being able to handle high workload and being flexible in working time in Sat-Sun in case of workload.
- Possess strong maturity.
- Ability to handle pressure, work independently, make sound decisions, build relationships
- Experience in global freight forwarder is preferred.
