Our client is one of global leader and reference in crane rental services, heavy lifting, and engineered transport company.
Location:Banglamung, Chonburi
Working hours:Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

The Accounting Manager will lead and oversee all accounting operations within the department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role will be instrumental in driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
•Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
•Oversee month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
•Analyze and review financial data, including cash flow, liquidity, and profitability.
•Prepare and submit timely financial reports to regional and corporate offices, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
•Responsible for preparing half-year and annual corporate income tax submissions with BOI promotion calculations
•Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and budget performance monitoring.
•Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (Thai and international), tax regulations, and other relevant laws (e.g., BOI regulations).
•Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities (e.g., Revenue Department, DBD, BOI).
•Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
•Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
•Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to analyze project profitability and develop cost models.
•Support the development and implementation of new accounting systems and technologies.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Having professional accounting licenses/certifications such as CPD license is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting management role.
- Proven experience working under Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and setup BOI accounting and reporting.
- Have working experience with service industry would be advantage.
- Good in computer skill, especially advance/strong excel skills and knowledge of power BI is advantageous
- Proficiency in accounting software such as ERP systems AX, Oracle, SAP.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work in multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good Interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Thai and international accounting standards.
