1) Responsible for daily claims operation, handling and servicing to ensure all claims and services are met with company services standard and client satisfaction in order to achieve company objectives and goals.
2)Process Claim Documentation /Attachments i.e. correspondence, Loss adjuster report with correctness
3) Open claim and adjust claim to assist claim database system
4) Organize and work with detailed office or warehouse records, maintaining claim files for each incident
5) Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed
6) Prepare reports for manager to monitor claim status and condition i.e. New claim enquiry, Monthly Claim Performance Report, and any adhoc required by Manager
7)Coordinate with accountant team and Finance team about Claim payment
8)Assists with other work processing or other tasks as required by Manager
