- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformities in construction work.
- Provide detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the completion of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in CS&A inspection techniques.
- Quality control: Ensuring that MEP systems are installed and maintained in compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Provide direction and leadership to a team, ensuring effective job performance.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and documenting progress, inspections, and any changes or modifications made to MEP systems.
- Collaboration with other stakeholders: Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure proper integration of MEP systems into the overall construction project.
- Good attitude for emotional control and pressure from client.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection, or QA/QC with a focus on civil, structural, and architectural aspects.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time and project management abilities.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
