• Review and update movement of market and industry pay plan and benefits program to management team
• Prepare, propose, and manage number of resourecs budget with head of each function and ensure that it does align with company strategy and direction
• Responsible for updating approved organization structure and chart including job roles and responsibilities
• Ensure correctness of new hire payroll and employee records in HRM system which services were delivered by external service provider
• Supervising and monitoring the work of HR supervisor
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Propose improvements of a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Implementing and improving a company documentary procedures to ensure correctness and availability per law and regulation
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related
- Experience in factory more than 10 years
- Knowledge of the system ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 17025
- People oriented, Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation, Knowledge of HR systems and databases, Knowledge of labour law
