1.Lead the NPI process Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including project planning, execution, monitoring and so on. Work closely with cross-functional departments to provide status feedback during NPI. 2.Communications Communicate with the customers directly for quotations, update project status and provide solutions to solve problem during NPI. Communicate with Malaysia and China teams for new business opportunity, production supports, material supports and so on.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age between 25-40 years.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Proven working experience as a Project Engineer/ Project Manager/ Project Development at least 3 years.
Proven working experience in EMS factory at least 3 years.
Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and so on
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Be fluent in English language (spoken and written)
Ability to understand engineering drawings
