รายละเอียดงาน
1. Prepare the Jig Fixture using the correct skills and equipment.
2. Be able to use basic machines and tools very well
3. Develop tooling methods for better efficiency.
4. Make, develop tooling parts and spare parts for better efficiency.
5. Control and supervise the quantity of spare parts and consumables.
6. Maintain and be responsible for all kinds of equipment and machines in the area of responsibilty. Other
tasks assigned by line supervisors.
7. Tooling maintenance and maintenance result record as well as technical work related to suppong the
activities of the new product development and production departments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age : 23 years and up
- At least a vocational certificate or equivalent Mold technician, factonymechanic, metal welder, auto mechanic
- Experienced in the use of lathes Miling machine Grinding machine and W/EDM machine at least 2 years,experience in basic machine tool work use of measuring tools Able to read drawings and write mechanical drawings for at least 2 years.
- knowledgeable in electrcity or related fields withowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have basic knowledge of English, have a good understanding of metal stang mold parts,have a consciousness of reducing costs in the production process, have a consciousness of safety
- Have skills in using computer drawing programs, AutoCAD Have skills in mold reading and interpreting Have skills in installation, adjustment, customization of metal stamping molds.
