1.Design and Optimization: Develop and refine factory systems, including production lines and material handling processes, to maximize efficiency.
2.Process Improvement: Implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs, using data-driven approaches and industry best practices.
3.Quality Control: Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet the required standards.
4.Innovation: Introduce new technologies or methodologies to improve overall operational effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age is not limited
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing and managing manufacturing systems, with substantial experience in process optimization and quality control.
- Skills: Proficiency in system analysis, process improvement techniques, and familiarity with manufacturing software and tools.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through digitalization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to depth detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technician attendance.
- Able to travel abroad for work observation
