รายละเอียดงาน
Key Accountabilities:
• Sampling and inspection incoming materials, syrup, semi-product, in process or finished product according to sampling plan, test plan and work instruction.
• Prepare raw materials, semi products and finish goods sample from in house and outsource for laboratory testing.
• Inspection physical quality of syrup and semi products that produce in part of appearance, physical etc.
• Inspection and release incoming materials follow test plan and specification.
• Report abnormal physical check of materials and finished goods to supervisor and concern person.
• Daily monitoring in manufacturing area, Warehouse in term of in process control and GMP.
• Handle primary action and work with operation team to make and follow up corrective action for quality issue.
• Responsible to hold, inspect and change physical status of non-conforming materials and product as authorized from supervisor.
• Suggest and follow up GMP improvement in manufacturing area, Warehouse both internal and external.
• Filing and maintain record related to inspection and testing result according to document control system.
• Update quality document, Test plan, Work instruction and specification related to sampling and inspection activities.
• Report abnormal occurrence to supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor ‘s degree in food science or related field
- At least one year experience in Quality control
- Production in food industry is preferable
