1. Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. 2. Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business. 3. Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments. Including the use of budgets to understand financial objectives. 4. Supervises and manages employees. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence. 5. Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example. 6. To provide the day-to-day F&B operations and ensure that the special events/promotions are well organized.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major;
2 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Very good command of both written and spoken English.
Good communication and customer contact skills.
Strong team spirit and leadership skills
Self-driven and dynamic
Able to work under pressure
Excellent leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail skills.
Prior working experience with MICROS management system is preferred.
