•Supervising and Support machine maintenance at Dicing, Die Bonding and Wire bonding.
•Improvement of MTBF, MTTR and OEE
•Defects analysis and improvement
•Spare Part Control.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male
- Age 23-35 ปี
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Engineering
- Have Experience at least 5 years about maintenance job for semiconductor manufacturing
- Have Knowledge about ICS packaging at Dicing, Die bond and Wire bonding process
- Good skill in machine and defects analysis for Dicing, Die bonding and wire bonding Machine
